About Me
I
have been a race fan and wanted to be a driver for as long as I can
remember. As I got older, I never thought I would actually get the chance
to realize this dream. In 2006 at age 47, after a challenge from a
co-worker and an offer to drive a car in one race, I purchased a Legends car and
went from being a spectator in the stands to a driver on the track. It is
a much more enjoyable experience. I received encouragement from several
"older" Legends drivers who said I will love it, and I have not been
disappointed. It has been a great time and I have met a lot of great
people, both at the track and on the internet. Even though I have not won
any feature races yet, I have managed to win several heat races.
If
you have always wanted to race, this is a great class to get your start and
begin to realize your dream.

Personal info
Car info
Legends cars are 5/8 scale fiberglass bodied replicas of 1930’s style cars
with a full tube frame and roll cage powered by a 1250 cc motorcycle engine.
The rules restrict most modifications to the cars, so the class is
relatively inexpensive, very competitive and growing rapidly all over the United
States, including North Dakota.
